<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive applicator which is low cost, easy in operation, and handy to carry. <P>SOLUTION: A hand-held adhesive segment applicator 50 is provided for use with a carrier release tape having an adhesive segment 54. The hand-held applicator 50 includes an adhesive tape feed wheel 56, on which a roll of the carrier release tape having the adhesive segment 54 is mounted.
