PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing device capable of remarkably reducing the torque and preventing the sealing device from coming loose. SOLUTION: A projection part 70 is formed in the outer peripheral surface of a fixing part 65 fixed to an inner ring of a slinger 52, extending circumferentially and projecting radially outward. In a non-worn state during usage with an elastic member 51 assembled in the slinger 52, a second axial lip 55 positioned in the axial innermost in the lip is positioned at an interval with respect to the fixing part 65 of the slinger 52. The axial lip 55 has a bent part 72, and the tip of the bent part 72 is positioned in the innermost in the second axial lip 55. While the bent part 72 is positioned between the projection part 70 and a flange part 66 of the slinger 52 in the axial direction and an elastic member 51 is not used after assembly into the slinger 52, the bent part 72 has a part overlapping the projection part 70 in the axial direction.
