METHOD OF MANUFACTURING POLYMER/SILICA COMPOSITE NANO STRUCTURE, POLYMER/METAL/SILICA COMPOSITE NANO STRUCTURE AND SILICA INORGANIC STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple method of manufacturing polymer/silica composite structures with various shapes, polymer metal/silica composite nano structures and silica organic structures obtained by thermally burning these structures with a process to have low manufacturing cost and not to generate wastes of organic materials. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the nano structure which is composite of polymers having a straight chain polyethyleneimine skeleton and silica in the order of nano meter includes a step of mixing water glass of which pH is prepared beforehand using crystalline associated product formed in the aqueous medium of the polymers as a reaction field. And the method of manufacturing the polymer/metal/silica composite structures containing metal ions and metal nano particles in the order of several nano meters in the polymer/silica composite structure, and the method of manufacturing silica organic structures obtained by thermally burning these structures are provided.
