PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape for opening a bag whose cut opening of an opening part is tearable in an uneven state and along a predetermined line, and to provide a packaging bag. SOLUTION: The tape for opening is for tearing in the uneven state the end edge of an opening part of a packaging bag made of a synthetic resin consisting of front and back face body part films and uses a synthetic resin as the base material. Thick belt parts 6a and 6b setting an uneven width in the longitudinal direction of the tape, and thin recessed channels 9a, 9b, 10a and 10b becoming a tearing part by making tearing guide stripes 7a, 7b, 8a and 8b exist on both ends of these thick belt parts 6a and 6b are formed. The thick belt parts 6a and 6b are fitted to the inside faces of the front and back face body part films 1a and 1b in accordance with notches formed on the side seal part of the packaging bag.
