PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular suspension device having a suspension geometry providing both a restriction of pitching action at the time of acceleration or deceleration of the vehicle and a reduction in vibration at the time of riding-over on a protrusion part of a road. SOLUTION: A member 1L is suspended in a vehicle body in such a way that it can be displaced in an upward or downward direction by: an A-type upper arm member 2 higher than the axle member 1L and extending between the vehicle body and the member 1L; a first lower link member 3; a second lower link member 4; and a third lower link member 5 lower than the member 1L and extending between the vehicle body and the member 1L. A vehicle body side fixing point 3a of the member 3 is positioned at a location forward of the vehicle body side fixing points 4a, 5a of the members 4, 5 and the vehicle body side fixing point 3a of the member 3 is positioned at a location lower than an axle member side fixing point 3b.
