PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saddle-riding type vehicle capable of hiding the inside of a storage box from the outside when opening a seat. SOLUTION: The vehicle includes the storage box 10 having an opening 12 for taking in and out articles on an upper side and a middle lid 20 for closing the opening 12 of the storage box 10. The middle lid 20 is arranged on a lower side of the seat 30 rotatably constituted to take in and out articles. The middle lid 20 is rotatable to expose the opening 12 in a rotated and opened state of the seat 30 and is provided with a regulation means 70 for regulating rotation and moving of the middle lid 20 in the rotated and opened state of the seat 30.
