PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete mixer capable of easily purifying water used for washing a mixer drum, and capable of facilitating maintenance and management. SOLUTION: The concrete mixer 100 includes a truck mixer agitator body 101, the mixer drum 102 mounted on a rear part of the truck mixer agitator body 101, and a purifying device 103 of the mixer drum 102. The mixer drum 102 is washed by pouring water from a hopper 102a to an inside of the drum. The discharge water after washing includes a large amount of slag adhered to the mixer drum 102, and the slag discharge water is filtered by a polymer micro filter 105 in the purifying device 103 attached to the outside of the mixer drum 102.
