PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative pressure source device with reduced size, while securing functions of an electric vacuum pump and a vacuum tank. SOLUTION: The negative pressure source device has the electric vacuum pump 20 driven by an electric motor 10 and generating negative pressure. A hermetically-closed space S is formed in a motor case 11 of the electric motor 10, and the negative pressure generated by the electric vacuum pump 20 is accumulated in the hermetically-closed space S.
