The device has a horizontal lying cylinder centrally bearing a rotatable shaft, which is fixed with plates. The cylinder carries a sample inlet port and sample outlet ports for fluids. A conductivity measuring unit is attached on the cylinder. A sample is passed through the unit. The cylinder includes a gas inlet port for carrying a gas flow meter, and a gas outlet port. A motor is connected to the gas inlet port to move the shaft. Water and gas mixture is guided into a degasser (DAC).
