A small hole electrical discharge machine is provided to allow a user to install regardless of size and to maximize a working space of a working bench. Small hole electrical discharge machine(1) comprises a working bench(5) installed on an upper part of a cabinet(2), a processing bath(7) including a work table(6) installed in the upper side of the working bench, a head unit(11), in which an electrode containing a tube(12) and a processing liquid spray nozzle assembly(14) are installed in one of a Z-axis carriage(10); an operator operating the Z-axis carriage including the head unit by a multi-joint robot; and a controller controlling the multi-joint robot through an NC code type touch screen(3) for inputting coordinates with an NC code.
