A stone bed except a guide fancy mattress is provided to use the bed semipermanently and reduce the cost of the stone bed. A stone bed except a guide fancy mattress includes a body part(10), a heat board part(20), non-woven fabric(30), and a protrusion needle plate part(40). The body part of a sheet has a predetermined space part in the center, includes a support part and a control part. The support part located on the space part supports the load from the top. The control part adjusts temperature of a location where a head of man is located in the upper plate. The heat board part located on the upper plate of the support part emits the heat through a signal received from the control part. The non-woven fabric protects the surface of the heat board part. And the protrusion need plate part located on the upper side of the non-woven fabric is heated by receiving the heat form the heat board part.
