<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the conventional guarantee certificate is issued by describing a serial number in a retail store where a product is purchased, thereby generating the effect that the guarantee certificate is genuine, however, it takes much time and labor to describe the serial number normally, and also to solve the problem that it is difficult and takes time and effort for a customer purchasing the product to check the guarantee certificate at the point of time of its purchase, even when it is forged. <P>SOLUTION: A price tag with an electronic tag for management, which is attached to a product is used to manage the product in a distribution stage from a manufacturer to a retail store. Namely, the price tag with the electronic tag is configured so that the electronic tag is easily cut off from the price tag.
