<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noodle cutter enabling production of noodle ribbons which are easily coated with soup, and to provide noodle ribbons that are produced using the cutter. <P>SOLUTION: The noodle ribbon 3 is provided with a plurality of recessed parts 5, independently of each other on its surface. The noodle cutter 1 works, such that a noodle strip is passed through between a pair of rotating cutting blade rolls 7, to cut out a plurality of noodle ribbons 3; a disk-state blade 9 mounted on one of the cutting blade rolls 7 is brought into contact between two sheets of disk-state blades 9, mounted on the other of the cutting blade rolls 7 and adjacent to each other, in an axial direction to form spaces; the noodle strip passes through the spaces to form cross-sections of the noodle ribbons 3; protruding parts 11 are formed at the peripheral surfaces 15 of the disk-state blades 9; and the protruding parts 11 form a plurality of independent recessed parts 5 on the surface of the noodle ribbons 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
