<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent influence to the outside of a magnetic field due to the current that flows to power cables. <P>SOLUTION: The power cables 14p and 14n for carrying current from a battery 10 are covered with shields 42p and 42n. Both ends of the shields 42p and 42n are connected through connection lines 44 and 46.
