<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of effectively suppressing optical fatigue of an image carrier without upsizing the apparatus or reducing the working efficiency during maintenance. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus comprises: a one or two or more photoreceptor units 201 holding an electrostatic latent image; one or two or more chargers 204 for forming an electrostatic latent image by performing image exposure corresponding to image information; a development unit 202 for obtaining a visible image by developing the electrostatic latent image formed on each photoreceptor unit 201; a transferring means for transferring the visible image to an image medium; a marking drawer 200 holding the photoreceptor unit 201 or the like removably; a shading part S1 (S2) for covering part or the entire part of the photoreceptor unit 201 or the like movably back and forth; and a case 100 for storing the photoreceptor unit 201 or the like. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
