<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection device to the vacuum source or the like of a pattern box capable of rapidly releasing the evacuated state of a hollow chamber in a pattern box for a vacuum molding process. <P>SOLUTION: In the device where a vacuum source 6 or the like is connected to a check valve mechanism 5, the device comprises: a surrounding means 24 arranged so as to be abutted/separated on/from a valve seat 10, capable of air-tightly surrounding the outer circumference of a valve port 13 when being abutted on the valve seat 10, and also connected to the vacuum source and a compressed air source via opening/closing valves 28, 30; an electromagnet 25 installed inside the surrounding means 24, attracting two magnetic substances 17 when the surrounding means 24 is abutted on the valve seat 10 so as to open the valve port 13; and a driving means 27 making the surrounding means 24 move forward/backward to the valve seat 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
