PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a manufacturing facility and a manufacturing process to reduce a manufacturing cost by dispensing with joining work such as the brazing of a heat exchanger comprising a core tube and outer tubes. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger comprises the core tube 1 forming a water passage 2; a plurality of outer tubes 3 extending in parallel along the outer periphery of the core tube 1 and forming refrigerant passages 4 smaller in passage cross section than the water passage 2; and a bonding-fixing member for bonding and fixing the core tube 1 and the outer tubes 3 in a mutually pressure-welded state to integrate them. The bonding-fixing member is formed of a band member 12, and one end side of the band member 12 is provided with a buckle 12a allowing the other end side of the band member 12 to pass through in a fastening direction but locking it in the reverse direction.
