PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an upright package which has a system that allows the package to be easily unsealed without requiring a scissors or other tools for separating a top lid of the package, and can easily be closed again by extension/contraction of the material of the package. SOLUTION: The package 1 made of a flexible material has a support bottom portion 2 that is connected to the peripheries of opposed two side walls 3 to cause the side walls 3 to stand upright. The package 1 further has an upper wall 107 whose outer periphery is connected to an upper lid 30 of the side walls 3, and separable sealing portions 10 and 110 that are formed on at least part of the periphery of the upper walls 107 connected to the upper lid 30 of the side walls 3. The sealing portions 10 and 110 are unsealed to form an opening 200 for taking out a product. Upper walls 7 and 107 are provided with gripping tongue portions 73 and 173 that are suitable for a user to grip and pull up the gripping tongue portions 73 and 173.
