PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of using a function to cooperate with an external device without complicated operation. SOLUTION: A USB memory 3 stores a function for processing a document and a registration destination of the document as functional information, and a reading section 203 of an external memory control unit 20 reads the functional information from the USB memory 3 which is mounted. A specifying part 101 specifies required information from the functional information, and an acquisition part 301 accesses a server using the information and acquires a document as a processing object. A setting part 103 uses the above information to make the setting for using a pull-printing function which is the function as described above.
