PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure of a manhole and a sewerage main pipe capable of dispensing with a large space on an outer side of the manhole when connecting the sewerage main pipe with a mounting hole provided on a side wall of the manhole buried in a shaft by using a flexible joint. SOLUTION: In this connection structure A of the manhole and the sewerage main pipe, a clearance between an outer peripheral face of an outer side steel circular pipe 4 and an internal wall surface of the mounting hole 11 is filled with manhole filler 51 by using the flexible joint J1 composed of an inner side steel circular pipe 3 provided with a rubber packing 32 peripherally on a rear side more than a stopper 31 and fitting an end part 20 of the sewerage main pipe 2 jacked into the mounting hole 11 externally in a watertight manner in the mounting hole 11 and the outer side steel circular pipe 4 provided with a rubber packing 42 peripherally on a rear side more than a stopper 41 and fitting the inner side steel circular pipe 3 externally in a watertight manner in the mounting hole 11.
