PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control processor capable of reducing the number of input/output ports and appropriately controlling the stop of a control means in an abnormal time. SOLUTION: This control processor is provided with: a power supply detection means 1 for discriminating whether or not the power supply state of this system is on or off; a control means 2 for performing the arithmetic processing of a prescribed program according to the decision result of the power supply detection means 1, and for outputting a prescribed pulse signal through prescribed wiring C when the power supply state of this system is on; a watch dog means 3 for determining whether or not the control means 2 is a normal state based on the prescribed pulse signal from the control means 2, and for stopping the arithmetic processing by the control means 2 when determining that the control means 2 is not normal, and when the power supply state of the system is on; and a connection means 4 connected so as to be branched from the prescribed wiring C between the control means 2 and the watch dog means 3, and configured so that it can be connected to external equipment.
