PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a height adjustment device of a seat allowing movement only in the vertical direction of an upper part frame and increasing rigidity of an attaching part of a link and the upper part frame or a lower part frame. SOLUTION: This height adjustment device of the seat is devised to adjust the height of the upper part frame 4 by providing a driving source 38 to adjust the height of the upper part frame 4 attached to the lower part frame 2 through a link mechanism 6 free to vertically move and height adjusting levers 54, 56 driven by this driving source 38 and adding driving force of the driving source 38 to the link mechanism 6 by engaging a part of the height adjusting levers 54, 56 with the link mechanism 6.
