PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the sense of operation of a lever device to be freely adjusted in accordance with a user's taste. SOLUTION: A start lever 20 to be the lever device has a lever body 40 in an almost rod shape. The lever body 40 is held by a case 44 in a freely rockable manner and movably in a back and forth direction. A slider 53 is fitted to the lever body 40. The slider 53 is screwed to a male screw formed to the lever body 40. When the lever body 40 is pulled towards a user, an engaging part 55c formed inside the case 44 and the slider 53 are engaged to regulate rotation of the slider 53. When the lever body 40 is rotated around a rotation axis in this state, the slider 53 moves back and forth. By this movement, the amount of contraction of a coil spring 52 is changed and the sense of operation of pressing operation of the start lever 20 is adjusted. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
