PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder which eliminates the need to go to a table to get acupuncture needles and sterilized cotton when the acupuncture and moxibustion needles and the sterilized cotton are used, the need to go to the table to dispose of used acupuncture and moxibustion needles and sterilized cotton after use and is designed to hygienically carry sterilized acupuncture and moxibustion needles and sterilized cotton without contaminating them. SOLUTION: The holder (1) for carrying the acupuncture and moxibustion needles (101) has a structure permitting the holder to be mounted on the main body or a tool and carried and to be put in and out with the acupuncture needles (101) inserted into and stored in the space surrounded by the rear (11) of the main body and the front (21) of the main body from an insertion opening (22) and the sterilized cotton (112) inserted into and stored in a cotton case (31) and to store the sterilized acupuncture and moxibustion needles (101) and the sterilized cotton (112) without contaminating them.
