The plate has two disk parts (1) joined with one another comprising current fields (F1, F2) for reaction mediums (RM1, RM2). The fields are formed through a positive structure of a channel structure (K), and a current field (F3) for a cooling medium is formed between the parts through a negative structure of the channel structure. The parts are joined tightly in input areas and output areas (AB1, AB2) and joined selectively or sectionally in the area of the fields. Outer input and output areas are formed in disk sides of the parts through hollow areas and the negative structure.
