The device has a transmitter for dividing digital information into data blocks distributed to classes of multi-carrier symbols. The device utilizes comb interleaved frequency division multiplex (CIFDM) modulation process for transmitting symbols with frequency displacement such that a range with large portion of high spectral power density of one class falls in another range of another class. The symbols are transmitted with time displacement such that sampling instance of the symbols of the class falls in time proximity to minimum power of sub-carriers of the symbols of another class.
