METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR CIRCULATED USE OF CHEMICAL FOR MANUFACTURE OF POLARIZING FILM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for the circulated use of the chemical for the manufacture of a polarizing film which allows a highly efficient recycle of a raw material from a waste produced in manufacture of a polarizing film.

SOLUTION: The system includes the pH-adjusting process of adjusting, to≤7, the pH of a waste from the dyeing bath at least for immersing a polarizing film in a dyeing solution containing iodine and potassium iodide, the separation process of separating iodine in the waste as a concentrated solution of potassium iodide by electrodialysis and the recycle process of mixing the concentrated solution of potassium iodide with iodine to prepare the dyeing solution and supplying the solution to the dyeing bath.
