<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charcoal-containing heat-insulation/sound-absorption/deodorization material which is porous and lightweight, has an advantage of low costs, and is excellent in heat insulation, sound absorption, deodorization and electromagnetic wave absorption effects as well as humidity conditioning effect (water absorption effect) inherently possessed by charcoal, by mixing charcoal powder, poly-propylene, starch and water, and aqueous-foaming and molding the mixture by a twin-shaft molding machine. <P>SOLUTION: The charcoal containing heat-insulation/sound-absorption/deodorization material is made by mixing charcoal powder, polypropylene, starch and water and aqueous-foaming and molding the mixture by a twin-shaft molding machine. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
