<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste water treatment apparatus and a waste water treatment method which have excellent oxidation decomposition efficiency of waste water than before. <P>SOLUTION: The waste water treatment apparatus has constitution in which a plurality of pulification tanks 3 each with a flow passage divided by partition walls 13 are provided, the flow spaces of the pulification tanks 3 are communicated with each other by providing each partition wall 13 with a circulation port, and, when waste water A successively circulates through each pulification tank 3, the channel of an extrusion flow is formed.
