PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a doppler ultrasonic diagnostic system estimating waveforms corresponding to a desired cardiac time phase and not receiving the waveforms of valve signals and adjusting automatic speed ranges from the estimated waveforms. SOLUTION: The device has a memory means 7 previously storing the modeled values in the models of general ideal blood flow waveforms, an actually waveform calculating means 91 for obtaining actually measured blood flow speed waveforms by tracing spectrum images, an ECG waveform acquiring means 92 for acquiring ECG waveforms, a waveform estimating means 93 for estimating ideal blood flow rate waveforms of a patient from the actually measured blood flow rate waveforms, the ECG waveforms, and the modeled values, and a speed range calculating out means 94 for obtaining the speed ranges from the actually measured blood flow rate waveforms constituted by comparing the actually measured blood flow waveforms and the estimated blood flow rate waveforms and excluding the part where the resultant difference exceeds the threshold value.
