PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that brightness is sensed not to smoothly change in transferring from stop to tail to cause a sense of incongruity as flashing is sudden when seen from a following vehicle because responsiveness is fast and a persistency characteristic does not exist when a light source of a signal lamp of a vehicle is an LED lamp. SOLUTION: This LED luminaire to dim light at least in two kinds of brightness is devised to solve the problem as a device not to cause the sense of incongruity by making itself the LED luminaire to dim the light in accordance with the brightness deciding an output value by computing it by an expression of [this time output value=current value+(this time target value-current value)×dimming gain] for each periodic dimming timing to a basic dimming curve set by combination of rough straight lines in dimming the LED luminaire.
