<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage of secret data by limiting use of an external user. <P>SOLUTION: When image data is output from a specific image processor which has printed secret data, a server confirms whether or not a user who has instructed output is a permitted user or non-permitted user. When the user is a permitted user, the server permits printing. When the user is a non-permitted user, the server confirms whether or not a fixed period has passed since the specific image processor is finally used. When the fixed period has passed, the server permits printing.
