<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a testing method capable of testing a plurality of gyros on a testing board composed of PCB with an equivalent characteristic to testing a single gyro. <P>SOLUTION: The testing method includes: a step of placing a plurality of gyros on the testing board comprising a wiring board having a wiring to provide a signal to each gyro so that a plurality of gyros can be tested, an elastic resin layer disposed at the location on the board at least where the gyro is to be mounted, and a connection part electrically connected to the wiring disposed on the resin layer; and a step of detecting an output voltage by providing a driving vibration by supplying the plurality of gyros with a driving signal via the wiring. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
