<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nontoxic anticaries medicament supplementing fluoride efficacy for the purpose of further reducing dental caries incidence. <P>SOLUTION: A stable calcium phosphate complex is provided, comprising a phosphopeptide-stabilized amorphous calcium phosphate's soluble basic form or its derivative, wherein the phosphopeptide comprises an amino acid sequence: Ser(P)-Ser(P)-Ser(P)-Glu-Glu.
