SCINTILLATOR PANEL AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scintillator panel to which surface treatment is given to impart hydrophobicity to the outermost layer of a phosphor layer so as to achieve a radiation flat panel detector (FPD) that involves less degradation in sharpness and has higher sharpness, and to provide a method for manufacturing the panel. SOLUTION: The scintillator panel which has the phosphor layer formed on a substrate by an evaporation method is characterized in that surface treatment is given to impart hydrophobicity to the outermost layer of the phosphor layer.
