PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new scheme more reliably preventing mud water from entering from an opening at the top of an inner fender and more reliably protecting components such as cables of electrical components around a handlebar and a key cylinder against mud water. SOLUTION: In this saddle-ride type vehicle 1000, a mudguard 600 is attached to the opening 402b at the top of the inner fender 402, and the upper section 601 of the mudguard 600 is attached to the key cylinder 300. Therefore, it is difficult for mud water to enter inside a body cover from the opening at the top of the inner fender 402. Furthermore, in this saddle-ride type vehicle 1000, the upper section 601 of the mudguard 600 is attached to the key cylinder 300. Therefore, it is possible for the mudguard 600 to more reliably protect the components such as the cables of the electrical components around the handlebar and the key cylinder from mud water.
