PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide frame structure capable of suppressing disturbance during traveling, increasing an absorbing amount of an impact with respect to an offset collision, and achieving reduced weight. SOLUTION: Vehicle body front ends 12a, 22a of a front side frame 12 and a member 22 are spaced from each other in a vehicle body width direction, and integrally coupled to each other through a joint member 25 having a rectangular closed cross-sectional shape. The joint member is formed of a U-shaped member and a plate-like member, and flanged portions formed at edges of both the members as portions for welding extend obliquely to a vehicle body longitudinal direction. External forces from vehicle body vertical and longitudinal directions can be received by the oblique flanged portions in a shearing direction. Therefore, even though the joint member has such a lightweight structure that it is formed of a thin-walled plate member, vertical movement with different phases can be easily suppressed, the side frame and the member can be integrally deformed, and it is possible to ensure the large amount of energy absorption at the impact.
