PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically return a water spraying nozzle to a cum orbiting passage without disassembling even when a follower is disengaged from the cum by the shock such as the fall down or the like during assembling or after assembling. SOLUTION: The follower 5a enters into the orbiting pass 4a or entering passage 4c through a guide pass 4d even being disengaged from the entering pass 4c or the orbiting pass 4a of the cum 4 by providing the guide pass 4d for guiding the follower 5a disengaged from the orbiting pass 4a toward the orbiting pass 4a with the action of an operation member 3 separately from the entering pass 4c communicating with the orbiting pass 4a of the cum 4.
