摘要

[PROBLEMS] To improve the handleability of a thin paper treatment and the powdery feeling and smoothness of thin paper. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The problems can be solved by a thin paper containing 5 to 35wt% of a thin paper treatment based on the base paper in which the base paper has a metric basis weight of 10 to 35g/m2 per ply and the thin paper treatment comprises a cationic surfactant, a sorbitan fatty acid ester, and talc and in which the fatty acid moiety of the sorbitan fatty acid ester is resulting from a fatty acid having 16 or more carbon atoms and the talc has a mean particle size of 5 to 25µm and exhibits a content of particles having sizes of 5µm or below of 10% or above and a content of particles having sizes of 30µm or above of 5% or above in the particle size distribution.
