A simultaneous opening/closing apparatus of a sliding door having top and bottom locking devices is provided to apply a descending operation section of a flat type according to a pulling operation of a handle and to form the locking state of the operation section at a lower part of a striker fixed to a jamb by improving the structures of the locking devices. A flat operation section(37) is movably installed between a fixing plate(2) and a latch block(5) according to rotation of a latch(8). The flat operation section is moved in top and bottom directions. A rotating body(38) is installed in an inside of a locking unit(3) installed in top and bottom parts of a sliding door(1). The rotating body is rotated according to an ascending state of an operation section(19) in order to move the operation section in a bottom direction. In a process for pulling the sliding door by using a handle, the rotating body installed in the inside of the locking unit is rotated around a shaft(39) and the operation section is moved in the bottom direction when the operation section is moved in top and bottom directions by the latch.
