A high-turbidity filter is provided to extend lives of the filters by reducing loads of filters disposed in a rear part of the high-turbidity filter. A high-turbidity filter comprises a housing(112), a housing cover(116), an O-ring, a first filter material(111), and a second filter material. The housing is formed in a cylindrical shape. The housing has a water inlet and an injection port formed thereon to flow raw water into the housing through the water inlet and discharge filtered raw water from the housing through the injection port. The housing cover seals the injection port and has a water outlet formed thereon to discharge the filtered raw water transferred through the injection port. The O-ring is placed between the housing cover and housing to prevent outflow of the raw water to the outside. The first filter material is disposed in a cylindrical shape and spaced from the housing in a predetermined distance to perform a function of filtering foreign materials contained in raw water flown in through the water inlet. The second filter material is disposed in a cylindrical shape and spaced from the first filter material in a predetermined distance within the first filter material to filter foreign materials of particles smaller than those of the first filter material contained in the raw water filtered by the first filter material.
