<p>The container (2) is joined to the lid (3) via an integrally formed, so-called living hinge (4), and preferably both the container and lid are provided with cooperating fasteners. The packaging is resealable and made by injection-molding. The container has a triangular or trapezoidal shape when viewed from at least one direction, giving it a high side and a low side so that the top and bottom sides of the container are not parallel to each other. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) set of these packagings (1) with different shaped container bases (5); and (2) method for making the packaging by injection-molding a container with a lid connected to it via a living hinge, using at least one movable wall section in the mold tool to generate adiabatic heat in the plastic material during molding, so that the temperature of at least part of this material is increased to a level above the melting point of the material.</p> |
