<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antidazzle film having an antidazzle function and a function of making the fingerprint put on the surface less conspicuous, with which adherence of an antidazzle layer to a transparent base material can be improved while maintaining good visibility. <P>SOLUTION: The antidazzle film comprises the antidazzle layer having an uneven part on the surface on the transparent base material. The antidazzle layer is formed of an active energy ray-curable resin, translucent fine particles for forming the uneven part on the surface, and a cured product of a composition containing polymers having conformability to living body-derived lipid components. The content of the translucent particles is 0.5 to 30 mass% to the active energy ray-curable resin. The content of the polymers is 1 to 40 mass% to the active energy ray-curable resin. Furthermore, the angle of contact of a flat film formed of the polymers to oleic acid is ≤60 °C.
