<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding die of a honeycomb structure which has a peripheral skin having a uniform thickness and is excellent in heat resistance and impact resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The die 1 for molding the honeycomb structure having cell walls, a large number of cells, and the peripheral skin covering a peripheral side includes: a die main body 2 having a feed hole 31 and a slit groove 41; and a guide ring 5 having an installation part 51 and a guide part 52. In the die main body 2, outside a slit groove forming region 61, a feed hole for peripheral skin forming region 62 wherein a plurality of feed holes 32 for the peripheral skin for supplying materials for forming the peripheral skin is formed. In the region 62, the feed holes 32 for the peripheral skin are arranged annularly in multiple lines.
