<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronous type storage device in which exit operation can be performed without exerting an influence on the internal operation of preceding and succeeding cycles by taking in the exit command of burst write operation while being synchronized with a synchronizing signal, and its control method. <P>SOLUTION: The device is provided with a latch circuit latching that the device is in a burst write operation state and a first buffer circuit taking in a first control signal while being synchronized with the synchronizing signal, the first control signal is the signal which commands the exit of the burst write operation, and is taken-in in the first buffer circuit to perform resetting of the latch circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
