<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating device which excites an induction current to a heating object and induction heats, in which an accidental disconnection due to a connection and disconnection stress of a regular current of a fuse is eliminated and damages of a circuit inner than a trigger terminal of a switching element is reduced even at the time of a short circuit failure of the switching element. <P>SOLUTION: An AC current is supplied to a coil 4 to excite an induction current to a heating object by an inverter 3, a fuse 2 is inserted in series to a power supply input terminal of the inverter 3, and a drive signal is outputted from a trigger means 7 to a trigger terminal 502 of a switching element 5 in the inverter 3, and while monitoring a resonance waveform of the inverter 3, the drive signal to the trigger terminal 502 of the switching element 5 is outputted timely to the trigger means 7 from a timing pulse generating means 9. A first reverse-flow blocking diode 8 is connected so that the drive signal to the trigger means 7 of the timing pulse generating means 9 may be passed in forward direction and impression of a reverse voltage from the trigger means 7 to the timing pulse generating means 9 may be in reverse direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
