PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the operating noise of a blower by improving the static pressure efficiency of a mixed flow blower impeller for reducing a motor input. SOLUTION: This mixed flow blower impeller 1 comprises a generally truncated core hub 3 and two blades 2 fitted to the hub 3. In the blade 2, the aspect ratio which is the ratio of the radial typical actual length b of the blade to the length of the chord L at the root-mean-square radius position of the blade 2 is set in the range of b/L≤1.1. The number of the blades is two within that aspect ratio. The outer peripheral side of the leading edge 4 of the blade 2 is formed, on the meridian plane of the blade, of a curve recessed to a windward from near the 1/3 position (chain line A-A) of the outer peripheral side 6 from the blade, and the hub side 3 thereof is formed of a curve projecting toward the windward. Also, the outer peripheral side is formed of a curve recessed windward from near 1/3 position of the outer peripheral side 6 from the blade 2 in the radial section, and the hub side thereof is formed of a curve projecting windward.
