PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate structure that has a region having high surface free energy and a region having low surface free energy that are well separated along a boundary line at low cost by using simple manufacturing process. SOLUTION: The laminate structure includes: a wettability-variable layer including a first surface energy region of a first film thickness and a second surface energy region of a second film thickness; and a conductive layer formed on the second surface energy region of the wettability-variable layer, wherein the second surface energy region is made higher in surface energy than the first surface energy region by being applied with a predetermined amount of energy, and has a groove formed along the boundary with the first surface energy region.
