PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid control valve capable of preventing the loosening of a screw part between a valve body and a valve upper body. SOLUTION: This fluid control valve 1 has the resin valve body 2 having a valve seat 18 abutting on or separating from a valve element 22, and the resin valve upper body 3 threadably attached to the valve body 2, and has a holding member 4 holding a threadably attaching state of the valve body 2 and the valve upper body 3, by engaging with the valve body 2 and the valve upper body 3. In the valve bodies 2 and 82, locking parts 47 and 87a are arranged in the rotational direction of the valve upper bodies 3 and 84 on an outer peripheral surface.
