PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily confirm abnormality of a first and a second check valves without using a safety valve, and to facilitate maintenance. SOLUTION: A first check valve 17 is provided between a primary flow path 15 and an intermediate chamber 19 inside of a valve casing 14, and a second check valve 18 is provided between a secondary flow path 16 and the intermediate chamber 19. A diaphragm 14 partitions between the primary flow path 15 and the intermediate chamber 19, and an alarm display member 43 is provided in a shaft center part 36 of a valve element 35, which is provided in the diaphragm 41, freely to appear/disappear from/into the valve casing 14, and a coil spring 40 for energizing the alarm display member 43 in a direction for projecting from the valve casing 14 is provided in the shaft center part 36 of the diaphragm 41. The shaft center part 36 of the diaphragm 41 is moved in a direction opposite to the direction for projecting the alarm display member 43 from the valve casing 14 by a pressure difference by fluid W between the primary flow path 15 and the intermediate chamber 19, and the alarm display member 43 is housed in the valve casing 14, resisting the energizing force of the coil spring 40.
